OPTECHWAY was founded by someone who spent 12+ years building dispatch systems, fleet tools, and control centers from scratch. We did not learn operations from a textbook; we built them.
After more than a decade on the operational side, building systems, managing fleets, optimizing routes, watching costs eat margins, and debugging dispatch algorithms at 2am, our founder saw a gap: companies were struggling with operational problems that had known solutions, but lacked the expertise to implement them.
OPTECHWAY was created to bridge that gap. Not as a generic consultancy with cookie-cutter frameworks, but as a specialized operational partner with deep domain expertise and the technical capability to build real solutions.
Based in Rabat, Morocco, we work with clients across MENA, Europe, and global markets. Our approach is direct, practical, and results-focused. We do not sell reports; we deliver change.
