1. Services

OPTECHWAY SARL AU provides operations consulting, AI automation, custom software development, and related advisory services. Specific terms for each engagement are outlined in individual service agreements.

2. Intellectual Property

Any custom software or tools built for a client become the property of that client upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Our proprietary methodologies, frameworks, and tools remain the property of OPTECHWAY.

3. Confidentiality

We treat all client operational data, business information, and engagement details as strictly confidential. We sign NDAs on request and maintain confidentiality indefinitely.

4. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Rabat, Morocco.
